Preparing for Telehealth Appointments
•Ensure a private, quiet space free from distractions.
•Test your internet connection, camera, and microphone beforehand.
•Be punctual and log in 5 minutes before your appointment.
 
Confidentiality
 
Your telehealth sessions are confidential and adhere to the same privacy standards as in-person appointments. Please do not record sessions without prior consent.
We are a self-pay practice and do not accept insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
•Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
•Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
•Reimbursement Support: Upon request, we provide invoices or superbills for submission to your insurance provider.
Medication management services are tailored to each patient. Please note the following policies:
•Refill Requests: Submit requests through your secure patient portal. Allow three business days for processing.
•Follow-Up Appointments: Refills will only be provided for patients seen within the past three months.
•Controlled Substances: Refills for controlled substances require an in-person or virtual appointment.

Phone consultations are available for patients who prefer this option. Standard appointment fees apply, and patients are expected to be ready at the scheduled time.
